Design and Shop Drawing

We have computerized designing tools and experienced designers to design the entire Air Conditioning Systems and Ecology units thereby our customers will entertain the cost minimization. AC EQUIPMENT'S INSTALLATION

We serve to the customers with leading manufacturer’s A/C equipment’s (Decorative solit units, Package units, VRF Units, AHU, FAHU, Chilers and Ecology Unit,) from lower to higher range. We supply all brands such as O-General, Carrier, York, Mitsubishi, Sinko, LG, Thoshiba, Coolex SKM etc. We have a better team of technicians and engineers to handle the task of installing the A/C units for better performance. We can assure all technical support and parts availability for our value customers throughout the warranty period and so on.

DUCT FABRICATION AND INSTALLATION

The HVAC Department is responsible for installing all types of residential & commercial Air conditioning duct lines including the associated duct line parts such as bends, reducer’s offsets, plenum box, Collars etc. We are very selective in choosing the duct line fittings like Duct Mate, Corners and Air diffusers. We are also manufacturing preinsulated air duct system. This system based on the use of sandwich panels in polyscianurate (PIR) form with smooth or embossed aluminum foil lining. It is comparatively light in weight and its durability is proportional to the cost.

CLADDING

As a protective step for the air duct lines, interior as well as Exterior of duct lines. In an open air duct line system, we are using cloth cladding. This can be painted with water colored paints for good looking. In an exterior duct lines the cloth cladding is not suggestible. Hence we are using metal cladding-means covering the insulated air duct lines with- aluminum or G.I. Metal sheets for a better protection. As a result a protective and insulating layer will get for lines and it looks like another structure.

CHILLED WATER PIPING

Chilled water loop consists of pipes and pumps that moves chilled water around the building and pumps pushes chilled water through the chiller and through around the building. Chilled water is a commodity often used to cool a building’s air and equipment, especially in situations where many individual rooms must be controlled separately, such as a hotel, public utility or created at the location of the building that will use it.

ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CONTRACT

Our well efficient and skilled team of technicians enables us to undertake all sort of Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC), which helps the customers to solve their problems on a quick call for 24 hours a day, 6days a week. Our cost effective formula on pricing avoids burden of huge investment on AMC.
